Dear customer, thank you for all your support and patience, below are the updates on production, fulfillment and delivery times during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will update as news of re-opening comes along, please refer to the updates below for more information:

New Items:

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are experiencing delays in production, delivery and fulfillment times on new items. Please allow up to 14 days for fulfillment and 3-5 days delivery of ordered items. The majority our production is handled here in the US at different centers in California and North Carolina, and due to the closure of some of our fulfillment centers and slower than usual delivery service times most of our products may take longer than usual. We are working to find new production and fulfillment centers to return to faster fulfillment and delivery times to keep all of our customers happy. 

Vintage/Resell Items:

All Vintage and Resell Items orders are fulfilled in house at our storage facility in Dallas, Texas. Unless otherwise delayed by the delivery service used (mostly USPS), most vintage and resell items should be fulfilled and delivered on normal business times. These items are not affected as much as our new items, which are produced in states where there are major closures due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Talent booking:

With the exception of murals by artists, all of our talent may not be able to fulfill talent booking requests. We will keep you updated as cities across the US open up, Thank you.
