If case of inclement weather and or circumstances out of our control that may prevent us from hosting this event, your spot will be reserved for the following market whichever comes first. You may redeem your vendor spot at the next event with available space. If vendor spot is not redeemed at the next event, or if you do not communicate with us about scheduling to redeem your vendor spot you forfeit your payment and vendor booth.
